Saturday April 27 1918   A little warmer  lt SE wind & slow easy rain in the eve & bids fair to be a rainy nite   I trimmed the ded off rosebush by the well & made Kindling of it   I dug some sour dock   I mowd the lawn in the alley   Mother & Maude went to school PM & I went down town & maild a pattern to Ellen 4c   I got pork 43c Bake powder 25c 2 collars 35c  I beded my cow & kept her in the barn
