Sat 21 Shortest day in yr quite cold & partly cloudy I bot some things down town getting ready for company & in the Eve Bell & Marjorie & Lucy  & her girl & Add Taylor & Leslie from School all came in with a rush & we were extra glad to see Bell & Marjorie the latter is nearly Sick with Sore mouth & lips Leslie takes the case & thinks he can soon have her well I sent $5 gifts to Harriet Nora & Sylvia & one $ Each to kids
 Probably Lucy Taylor Rhinehart (Addison Taylor’s daughter) and Lucy’s daughter, Hilda.
