Tues Dec 24 partly cloudy Cold S wind dried Some I sharpened 3 posts in the alley & after dinner went to the funeral of Grandma Stinchcomb at the M E church Sermon by Rev Hawk & burial in the Wellman Cemetery I was pallbearer Leslie drove a team for Roy I gave Roy $5 for Christmas & gave Leslie $2 We got gifts from Nora & Sylvia & Harriet & it Seems good to have our children remember us I got a tie & handkerchief at night we went to opera house to S S Entertainment 10c Each it was a fair Entertainment
