Sunday Sept 22 SW Strong wind sunny warm the Children went to Sunday School I killed a big rooster for dinner Vic & I went to Baptist Church the girls to Christian & Leslie kept fire under the rooster No church at the Methodist Mr Chas Hamilton & Son here for dinner by invitation & the girls got up a real good dinner to which we all Seemed able to do ample justice Eve the boys went to league & the girls & I to Baptist Church & when we got home found leslie in bed asleep
