Tuesday Jan 9 drizzly foggy misty & Showery Muddy muddy we started home about 8-30 & made good time it rained on us a little home little after 11 am & found all right & PM had a bank meeting in Wellman I dont like the Wellman bank meetings near like I do the Keota bank the Wellman seems Entirely a one man affair & have no use for pres vice pres directors or any other officers I sent note inviting Ed Varneys here to dinner next Thursday & went & tried to buy chickens but got none tis getting real muddy & warm & misty this eve
