Monday Sept 26 A real nice warm day we arose Early & I went to Keota & brought a Mr. Joe Dagle to set my grate & mantel we got to Wellman at 10 AM & worked at mantel all day Holden helped some Mag went to Wellman & Nellie with Harve he took Carpet, fruit &c & Mag Sowed Carpet & Cleaned rooms down stairs I got board for Dagle at Holdens Harve Came home to dinner & PM got a load of corn to feed I took dinner at Amanda’s
