Sunday Dec 9 Cloudy & warm all day wind very still no pumping & looks much like rain all day Harve rode Jim home & the Children all went to Nira to Sunday School I worked all day I fixed the lock to SB wagon unloaded a load of rock & Vic & I hauled 2 loads 4 shox of fodder from the East pasture & put in rax for the cows I fixed floor by the water tub greased the Moline wagon & done many chores & done chores for Morning to be ready to haul rock if the roads keep good & it don’t storm I never knew the roads as nice this time of year
