Monday Aug 15 A dry warm & Still day Castrated my 6 Early spring pigs mended a gate fixed a trough wrote to Brother Sam & card to Perry Vanwinkle I expect if nothing prevents to start this Evening for the Pacific Coast via St. Paul Neb [Nebraska] Livingston Montana Stop at Yellowstone Park then leave the main line of the NPR at Spokane go to uniontown in Washington then to Grangeville in Idaho where I will visit my Brother Delos then to Yoncalla in Oregon & visit my Brother Sam then to Sanfrancisco Cal & visit Nora & then home via Kansas City & Denver & Muscatine [Iowa] the boys are hauling manure
