Tuesday Mar 24 Cloudy cool & muddy we cleaned out the colt stable & hauled the manure west of the barn I helped chore & Harve tinkered all day Mag went PM to Mrs. Joe Englands & asked her to our annual Easter dinner next Sunday She brought for me to read Uncle Toms Cabin found Martha with steer calf I finished putting together my seeder
