Friday, May 7 A nice dry day Roy took Tib to old Mr. Singmasters She took Silver tail horse Grant plowed on the East piece with corn plow I furrowed & planted truck patch Mag helped also Litzenberger & Harvey I planted a good Melon patch East of orchard put a Shovel of rotted manure in Each hill mixed with dirt Charley Horse got away I run broke his lines done little damage Litzenberg when away after dinner 4 meals I went over in Eve to set up with uncle Luthur he is very bad
