Wednesday Sept 6 A pleasant day I went with Roy & hand to other place & they hauled manure I am some better but not able to work so I came home & after dinner Mag & I went to Nira but before we started Mr. Joe Yates called wanting to Rent D Taylors farm I rented it to him a year Cash rent $170,00 for 80 acres payable 1st day Jan 1884 we went to Josh Squires few minutes
